Dance Your One Wondrous Life

DANCE YOUR ONE WONDROUS LIFE™ is a weekly freeform dance program that aims to activate the psyche through a compressed Hero's Journey of Evocation, Exploration & Celebration. The program features an eclectic mix of global, local, and living legend music, and takes place in a safe and nurturing space with a sprung wood floor. The schedule includes a warm-up, the One Wondrous Quest, and a Chat & Chocolate circle, and is open to all, regardless of dance experience.
