Validus Elite Training Center

Validus Elite Training Center is a San Diego-based fitness facility offering personal training, strength and conditioning programs, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting, mobility, bootcamp classes, and nutrition and weight loss plans. Since 2015, their certified and experienced coaches have helped the community achieve their fitness goals with customized workouts and a focus on proper technique and posture. The facility is new, clean, and conveniently located off the 163 freeway, with over 40 classes to choose from. By appointment only, clients can book their training sessions on the center's website.
