The University Program Council (UPC) is UNT's student-run programming board, dedicated to planning educational, social, cultural, and exciting events for the student body. UPC organizes everything from movie screenings to major concerts and is unique in that it is both a department and a student organization. Comprised of seven committees headed by student coordinators, UPC offers students the opportunity to gain professional experience in event planning, marketing, and public relations. For more information on joining UPC or meeting times and locations, contact their office at (940) 565-3825 or visit them in the Stovall Temporary Union Building (STUB) Room 170.
