Somsri and Pranee, two sisters from Northeastern Thailand, have a lifetime of experience with traditional Thai Esan cuisine, known for its locally sourced ingredients and delicious flavors. With fifty years of restaurant experience, including owning and running Thim's Thai Restaurant near Clark Air Base in the Philippines, the sisters fulfilled their dream of opening a Thai restaurant in the U.S. by founding Somsri's Thai Cuisine, LLC in Pho in June of this year. Joined by Somsri's husband, Earl "Gene" Roth, the restaurant offers authentic and healthy Thai Esan dishes to the community.
