Dr. Muir completed his medical degree at the University of Virginia and a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He also completed a Fellowship in orthopaedic foot and ankle surgery at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. He is an active Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society.
