Tijuana Picnic is a new, bi-level Mexican restaurant located on Manhattan’s Lower East Side. The restaurant offers elevated Mexican fare with non-traditional flavor accents in a casual atmosphere. Managed by Jon Neidich, Jean-Marc Houmard, and Huy Chi Le, the restaurant is designed by Robert McKinley and features a cocktail program led by Jim Kearns. Tijuana Picnic can accommodate private events for up to 80 guests in the downstairs lounge, Tico's, and seated dinners for up to 50 guests.
