Thomas M. Joseph, Esq. is a licensed patent attorney in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with a solo practice focusing on intellectual property law. In addition to his private practice, he serves as part-time General Counsel of Grant Street Group, a financial software firm. Mr. Joseph is also an author of an intellectual property blog and holds a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical Engineering and Materials Science, a Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering, and a Juris Doctorate. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, Mr. Joseph is a member of various professional associations and has served in leadership roles in the Pittsburgh chapter of ASM International. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Pittsburgh New Music Ensemble.
