The Mainframe UNT

The Mainframe UNT is the campus technology hub and Apple Authorized Campus Store for the University of North Texas, providing the UNT community with information, academic pricing, support, and soon to add set-up, service, trade-in, and training. John Morris, the new Manager of The Mainframe, has over 20 years of experience with campus computer stores and is working to add the features and services the UNT community needs. The Service Center is almost ready for repairs and set-ups, and a trade-in program for old computers is about to be rolled out. The staff receives the same training as Apple retail store employees, and the goal is to exceed expectations and provide a 5-star shopping experience. Customers are encouraged to provide feedback and suggestions to help improve the services offered.
