The Lindeman

Established in 1836, Lindeman & Sons is a historic piano factory based in New York that built a large number of square grand pianos throughout the 19th Century. In June 2016, a 100 year old Lindeman piano was rescued and now sits in its new home, where Broadway talent may entertain guests. Executive Chef Carl Alioto, an Accomplished Modern American Chef with nearly 20 years of experience at well-known restaurants, has developed private dining experiences for celebrity clients. At The Lindeman, Carl uses local organic produce, hormone and steroid-free meats, and line-caught seafood to create culinary delights reflecting his philosophy that "Food is Love, Food is Family."
