Business Description
The Building at 1427 OC Haley Blvd is an art gallery, performance venue, and private event space founded by Christian and Connie Labat. Located on the historic Dryades Street commercial corridor, the property has a rich history, originally serving as a saloon, bank branch, furniture store, and meeting lodge for a fraternal organization. After acquiring the building before Hurricane Katrina, the Labats self-funded renovations to create a space for visual art exhibits, live music, film screenings, and private events. Their vision is to support the revitalization of Dryades Street while preserving its unique character.
