Swiftwater Cellars, founded by the Watts Family, is a premier wine and spirits destination in Bellevue. Inspired by their travels through Italy and France, the family aimed to create the Northwest’s top winery. Nestled in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains at Suncadia Resort, Swiftwater Cellars opened in 2010, featuring private dining spaces, a lounge with a massive rock fireplace, wedding/concert spaces, a wine making facility, and a restaurant. Seven years later, the Watts family expanded to Main Street in Old Bellevue, combining their rustic roots with a modern city twist. The new menu features Northwest ingredients and a comfort food flair.
