Business Description
Sweetgreen was founded by Jonathan Neman, Nicolas Jammet, and Nathaniel Ru in 2007 after graduating from Georgetown. The company's mission is to support local farmers and make healthy eating fun and delicious. With a commitment to impact and investment in local communities, sweetgreen has grown into a national brand with locations across the East Coast, Chicago, and California. The company prioritizes meeting farmers before landlords and building connections with local neighborhoods. Sweetgreen offers simple, seasonal, and healthy salads and grain bowls made in-house from scratch using whole produce delivered that morning, available for pickup and delivery every day.
