The process involves choosing a base of nori, soy paper, or a bowl, adding white rice, brown rice, or mixed greens, selecting the size and style of the roll, and then adding proteins, fillings, toppings, and sauces. Additionally, the restaurant offers a selection of "signature flavors" of rolls and bowls for customers to choose from.
