They offer hand-crafted ales that range from reinterpreted classics to seasonal varieties using the finest local farm ingredients. The brewery has recently transitioned to using 100% New York ingredients for all their beers and also serves New York State wine and spirits. In summer 2019, Strong Rope Brewery will be introducing a second location as a satellite taproom at Blue Mountain Lake, offering signature beers on tap, as well as local spirits, wine, and cider for on-site consumption or to go.
