Skull Mechanix Brewing, a family-owned and operated brewery in South Austin, quietly opened its doors in February 2018 after years of preparation. With over 40 years of combined experience in the craft beer industry, owner Jeff Willis and brewer Michael Waters bring a passion for the finer mechanics of craft beer to Central Texas. The brewery's focus on high-quality, well-attenuated lagers and ales sets it apart, with a vibrant tap room featuring original tunes and occasional comedy. Burgalicious, the resident food truck, offers juicy burgers, chicken wings, and special dishes to complement the brewery's carefully crafted brews.
