Dr. Sandran Waran, MD, is an experienced pediatric neurologist serving as the Chief of Pediatric Neurology at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. With over 30 years of practice and board certifications in pediatrics, pediatric neurology, and clinical neurophysiology, he is a trusted expert in treating childhood seizures, epilepsy, headaches, vertigo, Tourette syndrome, movement disorders, concussions, syncope, and fainting. Dr. Waran graduated from the University Of Colombo Faculty Of Medicine in Sri Lanka and completed his internship, residency training, and fellowship at SUNY Health Center in Brooklyn. He is also associated with New York Presbyterian Weill Cornell Medical Center and collaborates with their division of childhood epilepsy.
