Ron Lent Hypnosis

Ron Lent is a hypnotherapist with over 40 years of experience in the field. He opened his first practice, The Self-Hypnosis Center, in 1978 and has since established a larger private practice in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Ron is also a co-founder of The Gold Coast Hypnosis Society, which offers public outreach workshops, lectures, and seminars about hypnosis. In addition to his private practice, Ron teaches self-hypnosis for the Broward County Adult Education Division. He moved to Tucson in 2016 and currently operates his practice in a central location for clients in Pima County. Ron specializes in using hypnosis to help with a variety of everyday problems, from chronic insomnia to improving success in areas such as weight loss, confidence, and sports performance. He is particularly interested in working with clients who have not found success with other types of therapies.
