ROCK N' BOX is an intense hour of bootcamp boxing and cross training set to the best music of yesterday and today. The class covers the basics of boxing, including form, stance, and punching techniques, as well as engaging in cross training exercises such as jump-rope, push-ups, burpees, and more. The class is designed to engage the entire body and help participants achieve their fitness goals. After teaching at World Gym in Tujunga, CA for three years, the next step is to open a studio in Burbank, CA to expand ROCK N' BOX to the next level.
