Robert C. Hackney

Robert C. Hackney is a highly experienced attorney with over 30 years of practice in South Florida. His expertise includes bankruptcy, real estate workouts, mortgage modifications, short sales, mortgage foreclosure defense, real estate finance transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of various legal associations and has authored several books on legal and business topics. In addition to his legal work, Mr. Hackney is involved in various community and not-for-profit organizations, including serving as the past President of the Rotary Club of Palm Beach Gardens and the Guild of Catholic Lawyers of the Diocese of Palm Beach. He is also the Executive Director of the Alternative Energy Association and sits on the Advisory Board for the International Green Technology Center.
