RISE UP, Inc. is a Residential Agency dedicated to providing support and care management to individuals in their own homes or apartments in the community. The organization is committed to helping people remain in their homes throughout all phases of the aging process. RISE UP assists participants in connecting with medical providers, signing up for Energy Assistance and other programs to reduce living expenses, and maintaining and building community connections. The agency also provides daytime services for retired individuals and helps participants find paid or volunteer positions in their areas of interest.
