Red Maple Cafe is a cafe and gelato bar offering gourmet sandwiches, custom salads, flatbreads, pastries, cakes, and pies. The Red Maple Gelato & Coffee Bar serves authentic Italian gelato and sorbets made with high-quality ingredients from around the world. The cafe also offers gelato sandwiches, VERVE Coffee, organic teas from RISHI, and a variety of flavors of gelato and sorbets. The cafe and gelato bar are the creation of Jim Orozco and Brian Veskosky, who also opened Metro Cafe in Hollywood, CA in 2014. They expanded into the Burbank area in 2016 with the opening of Red Maple Gelato & Coffee Bar and Red Maple Cafe.
