Ray Allen is a certified Advanced Rolfer with over 18 years of experience in Rolfing®. He received his certification from the Rolf Institute in 2003 and has since maintained a licensed Rolfing® practice in Baltimore. Rolfing® is a form of hands-on bodywork that focuses on changing the body's structure through the direct manipulation of fascia, the network of soft tissue responsible for the body's alignment, balance, and integrity.
