Pilates Joe

Pilates Joe is a dedicated Pilates studio offering a variety of classes for all levels, from beginners to advanced. Classes include Pilates-Springwall, Pilates-TRX, Piloxing, Pilates-Mix, and Pilates-Mat, with private training available upon request. The studio combines the classical Pilates method with Springwall-based Pilates equipment for a total body workout. Instructors are certified in Pilates and offer diverse experiences, helping members improve strength, posture, athletic performance, and overall health. The studio's trademarked Springwall, developed in 2007, allows for a unique total body workout and a great social environment. With a move to a larger facility in 2012, Pilates Joe expanded its offerings to include Reformer and Pilates Chair classes.
