Pickaway Progress Partnership

The Circleville Pickaway Community Improvement Corporation (CIC) was established in 1967 and later became its own entity separate from the Chamber of Commerce. In 2005, the CIC hired its first economic development director and rebranded as the Pickaway Progress Partnership (P3) in 2006. P3's main objectives are to promote business advantages in the county, facilitate retention and expansion efforts of local employers, and provide economic development services to businesses and local government. P3 is a non-profit corporation with a board of directors from the public and private sectors and receives funding from various investors. The organization serves as a catalyst for creating a positive business environment and promoting investment, job growth, and retention in Pickaway County and its municipalities.
