Platform Beer Co. opened in 2014, with a passion for brewing that began over a decade ago. Co-Founders Paul Benner and Justin Carson launched the brewery in the Ohio City Neighborhood of Cleveland, OH. Starting as a 3 bbls brewhouse, Platform has grown to 27,000 bbls in 2018, with tasting rooms in Cleveland, Columbus, and Cincinnati. Phunkenship is the dedicated sour beer making facility of Platform Beer Co., offering artfully designed and funky sour beers.
