Orangetheory Fitness offers heart-rate based interval training in a fun and energizing group environment, known as the Orange effect. The workout is based on the physiological theory of Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption (EPOC) and is designed to provide 12 minutes or more of training at 84% or higher of your maximum heart rate. This interval training design produces a 200-400 calorie increase to your metabolism 24-36 hours after your workout. Orangetheory Fitness is a science-backed, technology-tracked, coach-inspired group workout designed to produce results and increase confidence.
