Muslim Community Network

The Muslim Community Network (MCN) is dedicated to empowering the diverse Muslim population of New York City through dialogue, education, collaboration, and social action. Founded in 2003, MCN has evolved to focus on building community partnerships and encouraging community activism through program areas such as Youth Leadership Development, Cross-Cultural and Interfaith Engagement, and Civic Engagement and Community Education. The organization operates under a social justice framework, values inclusion, unity, and diversity, and prioritizes mutual consultation, self-determination, empowerment, partnership, and creating connections. MCN also actively participates in various coalitions to further its mission.
