Mombucha

Now, I am the one brewing and carrying on the tradition. What started as a hobby turned into a business when a friend invited me to participate in a food fair. From there, Mombucha has grown into its own commercial brewery, still located in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. We take pride in our handcrafted process, using the finest natural ingredients and brewing, bottling, and labeling everything by hand. We also prioritize sustainability by biking deliveries around town and offering discounts for returned bottles. Looking ahead, we hope to expand our reach and establish decentralized supply and distribution networks in major cities. Our goal is to create community centers and tea bars that serve as little Mombucha breweries. We are currently testing this concept in Greenpoint and are excited to see where it takes us.
