Mission Blue Nursery

Mission Blue Nursery, a non-profit project of San Bruno Mountain Watch, grows locally native plants to support restoration efforts of rare and endangered species on San Bruno Mountain. The nursery is open to the public during spring and fall sales, an annual Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser, and by appointment for orders meeting the $100 minimum. Volunteer workdays are held every Wednesday from 10-12:30, where dedicated volunteers of all ages and experience help with transplanting, weeding, pot washing, and maintaining demonstration gardens and annual farms. Mission Blue Nursery specializes in the native flora of San Bruno Mountain and is part of the nearly 50-year-old San Bruno Mountain Watch. The nursery is only open by appointment, and offers a variety of unique native plants sourced exclusively from San Bruno Mountain.
