Mema's

MEMCO, the staffing and risk management arm of the Marek Family of Companies, has been providing temporary to permanent workers since 1987 as a risk management tool. This allows the company to shift the high costs of new hires, such as worker's compensation insurance and administrative costs, to an outside entity. In 1996, the staffing component was brought in to form MEMCO, which now provides skilled, semi-skilled, and unskilled workers to approximately 300 clients outside the Marek umbrella of operations. MEMCO is widely recognized as the most knowledgeable and experienced provider of staffing services to the construction industry.
