Owner Kati opened her home studio in 2006, creating an intimate space where students can feel comfortable moving without pressure. In 2013, Kati and her husband rebuilt their home to include a beautiful Pilates space. Classes are personalized and focus on alignment and proper body mechanics, with a special emphasis on prenatal, postnatal, rehab, and fitness.
