LIT Method

LIT was born. LIT stands for [Low – Impact – Training], the method is designed to “Build you not break you”. With intelligence and direction, LIT Method will naturally rebuild the body and change the status quo of how people think about fitness. This unique program utilizes a low impact cardio machine, (the water rower) combined with a resistance band training system to provide a balanced workout that tones, sculpts, and burns fat without putting strain on joints. LIT Method improves core strength, posture, endurance, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously, making it a suitable form of exercise for those rehabbing an injury.
