Dr. Lauren Tillinghast, PhD, is a philosophical counselor who utilizes the powerful tools of philosophy to help individuals think independently, live confidently, and choose courageously. Drawing on her background in teaching philosophy and her upbringing surrounded by architects and designers, she approaches issues of thought and feeling as an architect approaches issues of structure, uncovering the deepest aspects of her clients' questions and building strong bridges toward objectivity.
