LALA Arts

LALA Gallery, home of the LA Freewalls Mural Project, is an exhibition space in the Downtown Los Angeles Arts District. The gallery provides a space for artists involved in the project and other public art initiatives to exhibit their studio work and connect with admirers of street murals. Located in a spacious corner of a 1949 meat packing facility, LALA Gallery offers high ceilings and a raw space that is a natural fit for street artists to bring their work inside. The gallery serves as a creative laboratory for artists to experiment and interact with the community, supporting the Inside/Outside concept that encourages artists to engage with their audience and surroundings.
