LA Makerspace

LA Makerspace is a non-profit community space that provides affordable classes, access to equipment, and member work and storage space for makers, tinkerers, and DIYers of all ages. They offer a variety of workshops and programs, including 3D modeling, laser cutting, wearable tech, programming, electronics, filmmaking, woodworking, and robotics. Their mission is to provide a collaborative environment for members to work on their projects and learn new maker skills. The space is open to both adults and youth, with classes starting from age 2. They officially opened their doors on February 2nd, 2013.
