Chef/Owner Matt Gallaher brings 15 years of experience, including time at Blackberry Farm and as Tennessee's Executive Chef. The restaurant works closely with local farms and artisans to create seasonal menus and a full-service bar featuring domestic, craft, and micro-brews, Tennessee wines, and seasonal cocktails. Knox Mason offers dinner service Tuesday through Saturday, late night menus on Friday and Saturday, and brunch on Saturday and Sunday.
