Kid Spark Education

Kid Spark Education is a nonprofit organization based in San Diego, CA, dedicated to helping children develop confidence and skills in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). They focus on reaching children from underrepresented communities, including girls, children of color, and those from low-income families, who may not have had early exposure to STEM. By training educators to teach their engineering education program to Pre-K to 8th-grade students, Kid Spark aims to disrupt the pattern of children opting out of a STEM path in school. Their hands-on, affordable programs aim to improve problem-solving abilities, creativity, and collaboration skills, ultimately building the next generation of STEM leaders.
