Kettle PRT is a biannual event that brings the Hardstyle Kettlebell community together for a challenging team competition to set new personal records. The event features seven demanding events for teams of five to compete in, and is open to participants of all experience levels. In addition to the event, KETTLE PRT offers weekly classes led by RKC Team Leader Katie Petersen, focusing on strength and conditioning through a fusion of kettlebell, barbell, and bodyweight exercises. The community also hosts workshops and competitions year round, providing a supportive and motivating environment for Chicago athletes to train and compete.
