The Jews, Rock and Roll traveling Pop Up Museum showcases the impact of Jewish immigrants on American popular music from the 1930s to the present day. Through exploring the development of various music genres and the business of music, the exhibit provides a rich understanding of Jewish identity and ethnicity. It also highlights the stories of influential musicians and industry figures, sparking a conversation about the intersection of ethnicity, religion, and popular culture. The exhibit will tour 10 to 15 cities across North America, reaching over 500,000 people over two to three years.
