Inner City Ensemble (ICE) is a youth arts organization that provides free dance education and training to at-risk children and teenagers in the City of Paterson. Through workshops, performances, and talent enrichment, ICE offers rehearsals and training twice a week, with engagements as scheduled. The organization requires commitment from both students and parents throughout the school year, as well as adherence to school discipline. ICE is a tax-exempt charitable organization under IRC section 501(c)(3), and also offers unique presentations throughout Passaic County.
