In addition to meeting traditional CDC and OSHA requirements, the practice is implementing new protocols such as wearing additional PPE, requesting patients to wear masks, taking temperatures upon arrival, and requesting hand washing. Patients may also be asked to wait in a treatment room or their vehicle instead of the waiting room, and to call in payment after their appointment. Heta S.
