Hands on Wellness is a physical therapy and massage therapy center specializing in one-on-one sessions to achieve optimal health and total body wellness. Originally established as Hands On Physical Therapy Center in 2000, the center initially focused on outpatient care for adults and hosted a summer camp for children with developmental delays. After rebranding as Hands On Wellness Massage and Therapy Center in 2004, the center now operates out of the Pravia medical center in Catonsville, Maryland, with a continued commitment to a hands-on approach for healing and wellness. The center's vision is to provide affordable services to promote health and wellness for the working class, with a focus on a calm atmosphere, qualified therapists, client education, and enduring relationships.
