Grace Yoga (Gentle, Organic and Dance Flow)

Suzanne Grace, with over 40 years of experience as a creative choreographer, offers mindful movement experiences that open participants to flow. She is available for conferences and retreats, guiding groups of all sizes in sessions tailored to their specific needs. She also teaches public classes in Auburn and Colfax, CA and has presented at various retreats and conferences worldwide. In addition to yoga, she leads Community Drum Circles and Spirit In Nature hikes and is a licensed Spiritual Practitioner with Centers for Spiritual Living. Grace Yoga offers sacred choreography for body, mind & spirit, through inspirational instruction in yoga, mindful movement and spiritual guidance.
