Opened in April 2014, this family-owned restaurant was the brainchild of attorney Bruce Klores and his son Steven, who put his music career on hold to pursue their dream. GCDC offers a wide range of grilled cheese sandwiches, homemade soups, and tater tot casseroles, as well as a full bar and patio seating.
