Fusion Bites is a modern Asian Fusion tapas style restaurant located inside the Ayres Hotel in Fountain Valley, CA. The restaurant offers a contemporary vibe with plenty of TVs for sports enthusiasts, a beautiful patio and fire pit, and a full-service bar with a great selection of wines and Sake. The menu features unique sliders with flavors from various Asian cultures, as well as appetizers, flatbread pizzas, soups, salads, and Asian Fusion entrees. Fusion Bites opened in 2014 with the goal of creating truly unique, palatable Asian Fusion inspired tapas and has since become known for their innovative and one-of-a-kind menu. Happy Hour is offered daily from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm, and the restaurant also offers wine specials, craft beer, and catering services for events.
