Dr. Lambertson has a background in Sports Massage and Fitness Instruction, and has served on the volunteer medical staff for the New York City Marathon and Connecticut Nutmeg State Games. He is also the founder of H.E.A.T. (High Energy Athletic Training) and holds certifications in ART and Graston Technique. Dr. Lambertson has recently created the 'Total Body Modification’ program, a Doctor supervised weight loss and lifestyle modification program. He also conducts workshops on various health and fitness topics.
