With four fully outfitted kitchens and over 200 seats, Federal Galley provides aspiring restaurateurs with the infrastructure to bring their concepts to market at low-risk and for low-cost. The four chefs at Federal Galley have the autonomy to run their own restaurants in the space, set their menus, hire staff, and interact directly with customers. The food hall also features a full-service bar and a beautiful outdoor patio that can accommodate over 100 people.
