Eric Forman, MD, HCLD

Eric Forman, MD, HCLD, serves as the Medical and Laboratory Director at Columbia University Fertility Center, where he oversees the medical practice and IVF embryology and andrology laboratories. With a focus on infertility and fertility preservation, Dr. Forman brings extensive clinical and laboratory research experience to his role. He has published over 40 articles in peer-reviewed journals on various topics in assisted reproductive technology (ART) and has a special interest in utilizing preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) to enhance IVF and improve selection for elective single embryo transfer (eSET).
