The restaurant's signature ramen is served with thick straight noodles and a unique broth that is created after 17 hours of preparation. Topped with chashu, aji-tama, and spinach, the ramen offers a distinctive and flavorful experience. In addition to ramen, the restaurant also serves gyoza and other Japanese specialties, along with beer and sake, in an intimate setting.
