Custom Sealcoating & Paving, originally founded in 1978 by Bill Wells and his sons, has grown from a small upstart paving company in the Baraboo area to a successful, multi-location operation. After a split within the family, the company is now headed up by Leonard Wells and his sons. In 2016, they opened their second office in the Wausau area, which saw outstanding success. Due to overwhelming demand, the company is branching out with new locations to better meet and serve that demand.
